Aloha Tower Marketplace, Honolulu, HI

Aloha Tower Marketplace is located on 11.6 acres of waterfront on Piers 8, 9, 10 and 11 in Downtown Honolulu, Hawaii.  The Center opened in November 1994 and consists of 162,626 square feet in an open-air, two-story, multi-building configuration with balconies and courtyards.  The Center is immediately adjacent to Piers 10 and 11, which dock large cruise ships stopping in Honolulu.  The Center has ninety (90) tenants consisting mainly of small independent operators.  Major tenants consist of a variety of restaurants including Gordon Biersch Brewery (12,840 sf), Don Ho Island Grill (6,307 sf) and Hooters (4,760 sf), Urban Rejuvenation (7,209 sf) a home décor store, and Honolulu Surf Company (5,156 sf), an apparel retailer.

Nut Tree, Vacaville, CA

This new 333,000 square foot mixed use Power / Lifestyle / Office center on 30 acres is a recreation of the famous Nut Tree, California’s Legendary Road Stop.  Nut Tree features a 6-anchor power center with Best Buy, Sport Chalet, Borders, Old Navy, PETsMART and HomeGoods as tenants.  Construction of the new amusement and entertainment venue named "Nut Tree Plaza" after the famous plaza of the Old Nut Tree, commenced in June 2009 and was completed in August 2009. Located in the 2-acre historic Hackberry tree area of the retail center, Nut Tree Plaza brings back the numerous elements of the original Nut Tree including the famous Nut Tree Train, Carousel and Historic Ice Cream Pavilion.

The Orchard, Lake Forest, CA

This new 282,000 square foot Power / Lifestyle town center project will be the dominant retail center in Lake Forest.  Located on 25.1 acres, The Orchard will be the dominant retail project in Lake Forest and will feature a Main Street walk street. A Ralphs Grocery, Staples, Home Goods, PetSmart, Pier 1 Imports and major restaurants including Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ and Corner Bakery anchor the Center.

The Plant, San Jose, CA

This new 650,000 square foot mixed use Power/Lifestyle/Office center on 55.4 acres is the largest power center ever developed in the City of San Jose’s history.  The Plant will feature an 11-anchor power center with tenants such as Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, OfficeMax, Babies R Us, Toys R Us, and PETsMART.  A major lifestyle Town Square with a .75-acre central park features casual food tenants amongst eight buildings. The site also includes the historic renovation off the General Electric Motor Plan Office Headquarters building.  Construction commenced in October 2006 and first tenants opened in Fall of 2007.
